How to Apply

1. Get the Admission Application Form:

Contact the International Education College (admission@hsyk.com.cn) or directly download the

Admission Application Form for international students from the website.

2. Delivery the following materials to the International Education College:

a. an original copy of Admission Application Form,

b. a copy of Graduation Certificate of High School,

c. a copy of High School Transcript,

d. a copy of HSK Certificate(if you have)

e. a copy of resume(this is only for the person who has working experience)

f. a copy of Physical Examination Record For Foreigner,

g. a copy of your passport(the page showing the photo, name and passport number),

h. 8 copies of passport photos (3cm × 5cm).

3. Admission application get approved:If your application gets approved by the International

Education College, an Admission Notice and a Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202)

would be sent to you for visa application.

4. Visa Application: With the JW202 form, Admission Notice, passport, Physical Examination

Record For Foreigner and other required documents, the applicant could go to the Chinese

Embassy or the Chinese Consulate in his /her

country to apply for the “X” visa (Student Visa).
